1. Application operator
The operator of the “Autonomicate Payment Assistant” application is Autonomicate.com.

2. Purpose of the application
The application is used to retrieve and process information relating to bank accounts owned or controlled by the authorised user. This may include account identification data, balances and transaction history.
3. Source of bank data
Bank account information is obtained through Enable Banking only after the account holder has completed authorisation with their bank.
The application does not receive or store the user's online banking username, password, PIN, one-time code or other bank login credentials.
4. Categories of data processed
Depending on the bank and the consent granted, the application may process:
- bank account identifiers, including an IBAN or masked account number;
- account type, currency and account holder information;
- account balances;
- booked and pending transactions;
- transaction dates, amounts, descriptions and counterparty information;
- technical identifiers required to maintain the authorised connection.
5. How the data is used
The data may be used to:
- retrieve and consolidate bank transaction history;
- classify, reconcile and analyse transactions;
- operate private automation workflows;
- prepare personal or internal financial reports.
Bank data is not sold and is not used for advertising or third-party marketing.
6. Legal basis and consent
Access to bank account information takes place only after the account holder has explicitly authorised access through their bank. The user may withdraw that authorisation in accordance with the tools made available by the bank or Enable Banking.
7. Storage and retention
Data may be stored in the n8n instance, a database used by the application, or other systems explicitly configured in the workflow.
Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, unless a longer period is required by applicable law or chosen by the account owner for their own records.
8. Service providers
Enable Banking is used to establish the authorised bank connection and provide account information services. Hosting, database or automation providers may also process data when they are configured as part of the workflow.
9. Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to restrict access to the application, stored data and cryptographic credentials. Private keys and access credentials are not intentionally disclosed to unauthorised parties.
10. User rights
Subject to applicable law, the user may request access to, correction of, restriction of, export of or deletion of personal data by contacting [email protected].
11. Revoking bank access
The user may revoke consent or disconnect the application through their bank, through Enable Banking where available, or by contacting the application operator.
12. Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if the application's functionality, data processing practices or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page.
